I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It was such a unique experience. The location was fantastic as it was connected to Huis Ten Bosch park. I loved the modern and clean design of the hotel. The face recognition technology used to unlock the rooms was so cool! The presence of robots throughout the hotel, even the one mowing the lawn, was really impressive.

The lack of English signage and limited English, speaking staff can make communication challenging for non, Japanese guests.

Great experience, robots everywhere and high tech approach. Fantastic location, near the amusement park and the shuttle bus stop. Room was clean and comfortable, with a tablet and cool face recognition system for unlocking the door.

Room was very small and cramped for the price, the temperature control system needed improvement and the breakfast was not included. Staff was mainly robots, making it difficult to get help when needed.
